Britain’s ARM Buys Israeli Startup Sansa:

Just yesterday, ARM, the British maker of semiconductors for smartphones said they had acquired the Israeli startup Sansa Security.  Sansa makes hardware and software security technology for the Internet of things and mobile devices.  ARM plans to use Sansa’s technology to enhance security and Sansa will become ARM’s first-ever Israeli research and development center! Formation 8 and Foxconn Bet $25M on Light Startup’s High-Quality Smartphone Camera:

Nearly all smartphones have cameras these days, but those cameras are still extremely limited in comparison to the average DSLR.  Light is a startup that is developing multi-lens cameras for smartphones that wants to raise our expectations for smartphone cameras.  The startup announced today that Formation 8 and Foxconn are supporting Light with $25 million!  Check out more about the the Light’s camera here!

Bluesmart CEO – Crowdfunding a Travel Startup:
