There is really only one way to be present at all the events around the world where you can learn about and experience the excitement of virtual reality – by actually experiencing them in virtual reality! How else could you simultaneously be in Italy and Los Angeles in the middle of June? Or in Tokyo, Seoul and the US towards the end of month?
Let’s look at some of the events you could choose from, should you plan to travel physically or virtually.
You can take yourself off to Otranto, Italy from 15 to 18 June for the 3rd International Conference on Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Computer Graphics, known as SALENTO AVR for an exchange of ideas with researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world on the latest research finding and applications re virtual and augmented reality, 3D visualization and computer graphics covering a wide scope of sectors. Or you can scout around for some VR experiences at E3 in Los Angeles from 14 to 16 June, a premier trade show for computer, video and mobile games and related products.
In the week of 20 to 25 June there are no less than seven international events that feature or are focused on VR and AR, including 3D & Virtual Reality Expo (IVR) in Japan, VidCon 2016 in Anaheim, California, Virtual Reality Summit in Seoul and Sunny Side of the Doc in La Rochelle, France and more.
