Ending a busy month for virtual reality events around the world are two conferences, one in London and one in Shanghai.

In the wake of the realization of virtual reality as a feasible marketing tool, corporations, business owners and global brands are investigating how to integrate VR in their marketing mix. In May we reported on the business conference Virtual Reality for Global Brands New York which would have taken place this week. The event has been postponed to an as yet undisclosed date. However, the event in London is going ahead. The London event on June 30 is all about creating immersive storytelling for brands, maximising brand awareness and monetizing branded VR content. Marketing directors from early-adopters of virtual reality will answer all your questions about virtual reality for branding.

Mobile World Congress Shanghai is Asia’s biggest mobile event of the year. Taking place from Wednesday to Friday this week, this global event brings pioneers, futurists, innovators, content producers, software developers and investors together around the latest technologies. The VR summit, as part of the MWC, takes place on Thursday with exhibitions by leading VR/AR companies from across the world showcasing their cutting-edge technologies and products and includes a VR experience zone.
