IoT receives worldwide attention

From the Far East to Europe, professionals and consumers are gathering in October to learn and share information about the Internet of Things (IoT).

IoT Week Korea 2016 from 10 to 14 October in Seoul is a high-level event supported by the South Korean government and aimed at promoting IoT businesses and raise awareness of IoT industry in Korea.

Two major cities in Germany are also holding IoT events. Smart City SOLUTIONS in Hamburg from 11-13 October will gather buyers and top decision makers in urban planning, traffic planning, public authorities, public utilities, plant engineering and construction, architects, energy commissioners and more.

On the same dates Berlin will host the 2nd Annual M2M and IoT Strategies Summit focused on the challenges and innovations in Machine-to-Machine technology, Internet of Things, Smart Metering, Smart Innovations and digital transformations in companies.

IoT has the potential to deliver a competitive advantage to businesses. Monetizing IoT: Copenhagen, which takes place on 12 and 13 October in Denmark, is aimed at companies who are ready to leverage this advantage. The event focuses on the key themes of security and data mining in the age of big data.
